Grass cutting service starts at $28 cuts, based on season long weekly yard maintenance/monitoring service of 1500 sqft or less.
Seasonal service is between May 1st to October 31, and includes mowing, string trimming, around trees, borders, house, outbuildings, and clearing walkways/paved areas, to ensure a clean and tidy finish, every time.
(Leaf collection/removal available at an additional cost).

Average pricing for one acre of lawn is $102 cuts, based on season long weekly maintenance. Pricing is proportionally less per acre for larger yards, and we are able to weekly service up to 7 acres of turf.

Availability for one off cuts is subject to time constraints - pricing is based on the lawn size, condition, and requirements.

GARDENING
The proportional even curves of modern garden design help to break up the angular lines of buildings, and bestow a welcoming lasting feature to the landscape.

To create a professional new garden bed, start by outlining the shape, and remove any grass, plants, or weeds occupying it. Turn the earth and trench a perimeter to form an edging border, separating garden from lawn. Nutrient rich triple mix garden topsoil is added as food and a base for new plants or seeds. A water permeable weed barrier can also be installed to help reduce weeds, and a variety of colours are available for mulch to top it off.

If an existing garden needs refreshing; overturning, weeding, trimming, dead or overgrown plant removal/replacement, topsoil or mulch top up, we can provide those services.

Price per 1 yard of mulch delivered and installed, where you want it, and the area cleaned up afterward, is $140 (additional yards $125).

Price per 1 yard of soil is $160 (additional yards $145).

YARD REFINEMENT
Lawn edging is the task of operating a small spinning metal blade along the edge of a hard surface to cut away encroaching grass or weeds, and reveal the full extent of a walkway, patio, sidewalk, or garden area. It is a clean, straight cut that defines lawn boundaries, providing an overall neat, trim look.
Pricing starts at $0.50 to $1.50 per linear foot ($60 minimum cost) plus grass removal fee if required, or can be added to a seasonal maintenance plan for a nominal fee.

Plants Trimming.
To keep shrubs and bushes from overgrowing and crowding other plants or space, it's necessary to occasionally trim them. Nicely shaped shrubs, bushes, and plants, allow for unobstructed continued growth, free up space for annuals, and give the garden a tidied up, no fuss, appearance.

Plants trimming can be performed as a standalone service, or added to a seasonal maintenance plan.

Hedge trimming is $1.25 to $4 per linear foot ($60 minimum cost) plus debris removal fee if applicable, based on height & width.

Sod installation is not offered at this time.

LAWN HEALTH
Annual aeration is a helpful lawn treatment for the property owner concerned about maintaining and promoting a healthy lawn. Core aeration pulls plugs of soil from the lawn, through the thatch, to relieve compaction and allow air, water, and nutrients access to the roots. This allows the grass roots to delve deeper into the soil, further establishing them to produce stronger blades.
Pricing starts at $60. Availability is subject to demand.

Following up aeration with overseeding and/or fertilizer is a sensible practice to spread grass seed and/or nutrients into the soil (through the plugs that were removed) for quick germination.
The more grass roots that are established in the lawn, the less physical space there is for competing weeds.

Season suitable fertilizers provide the right nutrients at the right time, to maintain a lawn's health and appearance.
All fertilizers used are slow release, non grass burning.
